I had a really disappointing experience during my stay. The location was okay, and I would say the staff was somewhat responsive, but my room was not clean at all, which really affected my overall stay. I found dirt and hair in multiple areas, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The lack of attention to cleanliness and the poor customer service left me frustrated.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms offered plenty of storage and were cleaned daily, which I appreciated. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, and I could hear noise from the hallway. The free breakfast and all-day coffee were nice perks. While it served my needs well for work, I hope they address the maintenance issues soon.
